Lete adopts a strict quality management system. Any part of the valve from Lete can be traced in quality. And all the same parts can be interchangeable.


Lete controls the venders very strictly. The purchasing department is responsible for vender qualification and evaluation. And the quality department is responsible for evaluation of vender’s quality assurance ability and product quality.


The forging and all the parts provided by the vender shall be inspected according to the engineering drawings and specifications. And all the records should be kept to assure the quality. The quality records would be as the bases of vender’s qualifications in the future.。


All the materials, parts and finished products are to be marked for traceability. 
Purchased parts are to be marked with bill of material item numbers and lot numbers.


Machined parts are to be marked with heat numbers of bill of material item numbers or related raw material lot numbers.


Finished products are to be marked on name plates with bill of material item numbers and all serial numbers.


For quality inspection in process control, each process should be inspected and recorded.


（1） First article inspection
First article inspection is needed for sample supplied by vender and machined part from company itself.  At first, article inspection report and definite conclusion shall be formed. 


（2）  Process self-inspection
The operator inspects every part and records the key dimensions during the process.


（3）  Process random inspection
Process random inspection is needed to examine and monitor the process stability. And non-confirming parts could be handled  in time.


（4）  Incoming inspection 
Each lot of material or parts should be inspected when received. Only confirming one is accepted.


（5） Each lot of part machined by manufacturing department is to be inspected when finished. Only confirming parts are accepted.


（6） Final test for finished valves.


Lete has achieved API 6D-0799,ISO9001 ,CE/PED 0035 and API 607 certification.
